Maylia Pure Soap is made using the cold process, a traditional method of slow setting and low-temperature saponification that allows the natural nutrients and glycerin in the plant oils to be fully preserved, resulting in the purest and gentlest bathing experience.

Maylia Pure Soap is made with a carefully blended formula of plant oils:

• Over 50% Camellia Oil – Rich in natural Vitamin E and oleic acid, it gently cleanses while moisturizing the skin.
 

• Natural palm oil – provides fine, dense lather and moderate hardness, making the soap more durable.

• Natural coconut oil – creates rich lather, enhances cleaning power, and leaves skin feeling comfortable and supple after washing.

Combined with a natural camellia essential oil blend, it moisturizes the skin and exudes a natural, delicate plant fragrance, making daily cleansing a relaxing ritual for both body and mind.

We use pure, slightly acidic spring water as the base for our soap, which is closer to the pH environment of healthy skin, making daily cleansing gentler and reducing the burden on the skin barrier.

Each bar of Maylia Soap undergoes a natural saponification and curing process for over 45 days before packaging.

During this curing process, the soap continues the saponification reaction, gradually forming more natural glycerin, resulting in finer lather and a gentler, more soothing feel.

The longer it sits, the more it saponifies, resulting in a gentler and more moisturizing soap. This is the most precious value of handmade cold-process.
